Caving

Some info:
	There are over 80 caves that have been explored, mapped and named between Kalk Bay and Muizenberg, one of the most popular is Boomslang Cave which is 146m long with an underground pool. Fish Hoek has a cave shelter called Schildersgat (painters cave) because of the pre-historic paintings on the cave walls, which is now a national monument. In the Constantiaberg cliffs, overlooking the forest, is the entrance to the Elephant’s Eye cave which, according to folk legend, was the retreat of a Khoikhoi princess
