Restaurateur and down-to-earth Greek owner, Viron Manolas has personalized Doppio Zero, Cavendish with his own collection of black and white family pictures framed respectfully on the left entrance wall – a token to family history, the wide selection of Italian breads on display directly opposite include Ciabatta, Buttermilk and Barley Rye, Sour Dough, Rolled Focaccia, Turkish Bread to name but a few. Breads are baked daily with care using the finest Italian imported flour and fresh herbs by none other than Mrs Manolas, Viron’s mother. ‘Bread in Italian society has always been at the very centre of a family meal’, says Viron, ‘I want to provide residents and shoppers in Claremont with a real home away from home environment – an extension of whatever they may require in their daily lives – great food, relaxation and convenience, friendships and fun for the whole family!’

To enhance the experience Doppio Zero has introduced evenings of sense explosions with live acoustic entertainment every Thursday evening.
