The Simonsberg Trail sReystem that is managed by Dirtopia have had continuous trail work done, and one of the special trail networks to ride. Extra trails A weekend of events for outdoor enthusiasts with a Trail Run, a MTB funride and an All-Mountain-Enduro!
Trailrunning on the Saturday and the more exciting mountain bike events will take place on the Sunday.
A 12km route with awesome singletrack sections on the slopes of Simonsberg with a 7km option for the less fit. More experienced and fit singletrack junkies can tackle the tough 25km route, while the extreme adrenaline junkies can race against time on the five stages of the Enduro event.
All Entries are limited for this special event, so it is recommended to pre-enter.
ALL MOUNTAIN ENDURO – SIMONSBERG TRAILS

Venue: Delheim Wine Estate, Knorhoek Rd off the R44 near Stellenbosch Start time: 08h30 & registration opens at 06h30
Enduro Riding (5 Stages): The concept is a lot of fun – riders get timed only on certain sections, which make a very social event, especially at the refreshment station where they re-group. The atmosphere is relaxed with no rush anywhere, except when you gun it between check points!
Timing: Have to own an Amarider Trail Tag. R100 or take a yearly Amarider membership of R225 and a Tag is included.
Trail Tags will be used at all Dirtopia events (MTB & Trail Runs) like Die Burger MTB Challenge, Amarider 100Miler, Spur MTB Classic, etc. and more Enduro Events.
Watch out for the TAG POINTS at the beginning & end of each stage.
Pre-entry cost (Pre-entries closing the 8th November):
R375 for non-members and R350 for Amaraider members.
R10 per ride goes to the Simonsberg Conservancy.
Red Bull and Llama bars @registration included for all, plus refreshment station with fruit, Powerade, nuts etc.
Product prizes from CSIXX, Leatt, SRAM, Giant, Moto X, Falke and great Delheim wines. Medal to finishers (if you want one!)
