Janet – 20 Y.O.

20 Y.O. is a wonderful combination of Janet’s high-energy dance tracks, mellow ballads and those groovy numbers. This, her 9th release, has a lengthy track list of 16 songs which celebrates her 20 year anniversary in the business. Still basing her self-worth on what she imagines to be her timeless sexual appeal, most of the nookie-obsessed songs come bearing interchangable titles such as So Excited, Show Me, Do It 2 Me, This Body, With U and Love 2 Love. Janet is still a long way from acting her age, but at least 20 Y.O. feels like a step in the right direction.
