2006 SA Cheese Festival

Several new cheesemakers at this year’s festival!
Foodies, reach for your diaries. Tables will be brimming with cheese and its perfect partners at the 2006 SA Cheese Festival from Friday 28 April to Monday 1 May.
Head for the the rustic Bien Donne Farm, between Paarl and Franschhoek, for a cheese expedition beyond compare. Discover new cheeses, meet their makers and find out why this dairy delight is the ideal match for wine, olives, freshly-baked bread, fruit and nuts.
A limited number of tickets per day are available and can be purchased in advance only. Tickets are available at Computicket outlets countrywide and online from 1 March at R70 per person. The entrance fee includes a handy shopping bag, festival programme as well as tastings and demonstrations. Wine-tasting glasses are available at the gates at R5 each.
Discounted tickets for senior citizens will be available at R40 for the duration of the feast. Children 12 years and under will be admitted free of charge.
The gates will be open from 10:00 to 18:00 from Friday 28 to Sunday 30 April and from 10:00 to 16:00 on Monday 1 May.
