Smitti's grave concern regarding rape, personal safety and welfare, plus her incredibly strong "defence" background, has led to the inevitable -- the creation of a fully comprehensive and totally unique rape prevention and self-defence program.

Sanette believes that doing the self-defence workshop for a second and a third time is the greatest gift a woman can give herself. The knowledge that you are able to defend yourself mentally and physically through practice, along with the ability to do the self-defence techniques instinctively will maximise your skill and may even save your life. After successfully completing this Level I workshop three times, you are eligible to join Sanette for her Level II workshop.
