Roadrunner United: All Stars

This groundbreaking compilation was put together by Roadrunner to mark the label’s 25th Anniversary. The group is called Roadrunner United and the album, titled The All-Star Sessions, is being hailed as a ‘master-class’ in hard rock/metal. It features a cast of 57 artists from 45 of Roadrunner’s past and present bands and contains original tracks that are collaborations between numerous Roadrunner stars.

Four central musicians were chosen to produce and write the songs: Joey Jordison (Slipknot), Dino Cazares (ex-Fear Factory/Brujeria), Robert Flynn (Machine Head) and Matthew Heafy (Trivium). These four icons play on the songs they have written and have also assembled a unique team of artists to appear on each track.

The Roadrunner United CD boasts the vocal skills fronting the following legendary bands: Soulfly, Coal Chamber, Cradle Of Filth, Slipknot, Type O Negative, Sepultura, Devildriver, Ill Nino, Life of Agony, Floodgate and The Misfits.

A bonus DVD documenting the making of the album completes the package, making Roadrunner United – “The All Star Sessions” a must have for rock fans worldwide.
