The Bang Bang Club

The Bang Bang Club was borne out of a deep love for music amongst four strong names in the music and nightlife industry in SA. Shaun Duvet, SoulCandi Music, Garan Reck and Federico Scarpecci make up the team opening this exciting new venue.

The Décor scheme is 1920’s glam New York meets the Russian Tea room and opulence is the order of the day.

Dress code is smart casual; make an effort and door policy will be strictly over 23 for men and women.

Strong focus will be on the cocktail bar, designed and run by Fred Scarpecci previously of Opium. A well stocked humidor will also be on call so remember to ask if you’re in the mood of a cigar.

While music will always be an important element of the BBC with these names involved, The Bang Bang Club recognizes the importance of good conversation and a more upmarket and sophisticated approach to a good night out. With this in mind, this will be primarily a groove bar where the discerning patron will go to meet like-minded people. No doubt things will get rowdy from time to time but The Bang Bang Club is first and foremost an elegant venue for elegant people.
