The Polana Restaurant has a unique cuisine which features dishes from Africa, Indonesia and Portugal. They serve the freshest line fish and seafood, prepared by Angolan chef Claude Alfonso. The restaurant has a gracious, elegant and stylish ambience and a lounge which remains open for drinks until late. Polana is the only upmarket late night venue in the South Peninsula.
